1. Overhead Telecom Wire Removal
We remove the items in one visit. We only remove items attached to the exterior of your house. You can count on us to safely remove and recycle all your unneeded telecom clutter.
We do not need to visit your home prior to your appointment.
Your home and property, including trees, shrubs, and flower beds, will be treated with care during the entire job.
We DO NOT Remove Power Lines. If you have an exterior electrical power line problem, please call Seattle City Light.
Making An Appointment
You can schedule an appointment for Monday – Friday. Our arrival window will fall somewhere between 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. On the morning of your appointment, we will text you a window of 1 to 3 hours for when to expect a technician to arrive at your house that day. You will typically receive that text around 8 am. In addition, our technician will text you about 15 minutes before he arrives at your home.
It is easy to schedule an appointment with us. Simply click “Make An Appt” to tell us which telecom services you currently use, when you would like the appointment and other related questions.
You will receive an email ([email protected])from Lynne, our wonderful scheduler, with an appointment date based on your stated preferences and our calendar. If the date Lynne selects does not work, reply to her email to let her know.
Lynne will also send you a reminder email a day or two before your appointment. On the morning of your appointment, we will text you a window of 1 to 3 hours for when to expect a technician to arrive at your house that day. You will typically receive that text by 8 am. Expect another text from our technician about 15 minutes before he arrives.
Before our technician knocks on your door, he will look around the exterior of your house to evaluate your telecom situation. Then, he will knock on your door and ask you any clarifying questions he may have about your telecom services. This is why we ask that you be available at the start of your appointment.
